Terms and Conditions

1. General

ZetaLicenses offers licensing services for various server-related products, including cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, Imunify, JetBackup, and others. We operate independently and are not affiliated with any specific vendors.

All licenses, except for verified bundles and full-featured licenses, are subject to verification through ZetaLicenses. Updates for these licenses will be retrieved directly from the official vendor.

We ensure that all licenses provided by ZetaLicenses are secure, verified, and legitimate. We prioritize your privacy and server security. For further details, please refer to our FAQs or contact our support team.

2. Registration

2.1 By registering for a shared license with ZetaLicenses, you agree to adhere to all our terms and conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand the site's policies prior to proceeding.

2.2 Providing false information, such as inaccurate data or an invalid email address, will result in immediate suspension of your account.

2.3 The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any such attempts will trigger automatic account suspension through our monitoring system.

2.4 Your email address must be verified before placing any orders.

3. License Purchases

3.1 Legitimate Use: All licenses sold by ZetaLicenses must be used for lawful purposes. Any illegal or malicious use will result in immediate termination of services, and legal action may be pursued against the customer.

3.2 License Verification: ZetaLicenses employs a manual license verification process to ensure authenticity. This process differs from the automated setups used by other vendors. For security reasons, we do not disclose our verification methods.

3.3 License Transfer: Licenses purchased through ZetaLicenses are non-transferable. Customers are prohibited from selling, leasing, or otherwise transferring their licenses to any third party. Any attempt to transfer or misuse a license will result in immediate suspension or termination of the service, without the right to a refund. ZetaLicenses retains the sole discretion to determine violations of this policy.

4. Support

We provide support exclusively for licenses purchased from ZetaLicenses. All support requests must be submitted via our ticketing system, and we aim to respond within 1 to 24 working hours, depending on the volume of requests.

Please note that we do not log into or access third-party web panels or data centers. Customers must provide SSH access for license installations. If an advanced server setup service has been purchased, we will assist with software setup and configuration.

5. Service Termination

ZetaLicenses reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice if a breach of these terms is detected. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups, as ZetaLicenses is not liable for any data loss resulting from service termination.

6. Late Fees

A late fee of 10% will be applied to all overdue invoices. Once applied, late fees are non-negotiable.

7. Ratings and Reviews

We encourage honest feedback from our customers. However, if a false accusation or review is submitted without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, ZetaLicenses reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

8. Confidentiality

ZetaLicenses respects your confidentiality. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Account Management

ZetaLicenses does not manage customer servers unless a server management service has been purchased. Customers are responsible for the maintenance of their own servers.

10. License Renewal

We will send renewal reminders 4 to 6 days before the expiration of your license. If the license is not renewed by the expiration date, it will be terminated, and a new purchase will be required to continue the service.

11. Refund Policy

While refunds are not commonly provided in our industry, ZetaLicenses offers refunds under the following conditions to ensure customer satisfaction:

11.1 Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket within 120 hours (5 days) of purchase or renewal. Any requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

11.2 Refund Methods

  • If the original payment was made via credit card or PayPal, the refund will be processed directly to the same payment method.
  • For payments made via cryptocurrency, refunds will be credited to your ZetaLicenses account balance, as these payment methods do not support direct refunds to the original payment source.

11.3 Refund Policy for Credit Balances

Funds, credits, or licenses added to your account are generally non-refundable. However, credit balances resulting from credit card payments may be refunded to your primary account through the payment gateway. Payments made via cryptocurrency are ineligible for direct refunds and will remain in your ZetaLicenses account as a credit balance.

11.4 Cancelation and Refunds

Canceling a service through your dashboard will not automatically trigger a refund. You must open a refund ticket within the allowed timeframe to process the request.

11.5 Right to Reject Refund Requests

ZetaLicenses reserves the right to reject refund requests if a pattern of multiple refund claims suggests abuse or misuse of the refund policy.

11.6 Conditions for Refund Approval

  • If a technical issue with the license system arises, and our team is unable to resolve it within 24 hours.
  • If a license installation fails, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
  • If a technical problem related to the license persists, and our technical department cannot resolve it within 72 hours.

11.7 Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments can only be refunded as a credit balance to your ZetaLicenses account within the allowed refund period. Refunds to your original cryptocurrency wallet are not supported due to restrictions imposed by our payment gateway.

12. Configuration Services

If configuration services are purchased, they are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours. Any further configuration requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the delivery of the service. Additional configuration requests beyond this period will incur extra charges.

If the customer alters the provided configuration and causes issues, ZetaLicenses will not be responsible for restoring the settings.

13. Debugging and License Integrity

Any attempts to manipulate, debug, or reverse-engineer ZetaLicenses systems will result in the immediate suspension of your account without prior notice.
